Senior MuleSoft Administrator

Gejits Infotech Inc is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Administrator with extensive experience administering the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will manage platform operations, security, deployment automation, monitoring, high availability, disaster recovery, and production support while collaborating with development, DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure teams.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure or middleware administration experience.
• 6+ years of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration.
• Experience administering enterprise integration platforms supporting mission-critical applications.
• Experience with CloudHub 1.0/2.0 and Runtime Fabric (RTF).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Manage CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and hybrid deployments.
• Configure and manage Business Groups, Environments, Runtime Manager, API Manager, and Exchange.
• Install, configure, and upgrade Mule Runtime environments.
• Manage certificates, SSL/TLS, VPNs, proxies, firewalls, and network connectivity.
• Configure SSO, Identity Management, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Monitor platform health using Anypoint Monitoring and external monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance.
• Implement disaster recovery, backup, and high availability strategies.
• Optimize platform performance and capacity.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable deployments.
• Create operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support.
