Senior Project Manager - Cloud Analytics and Data

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with 10+ years of product management experience and a strong background in Cloud Analytics, Cloud Data, and Cloud Security. This role is ideal for someone who has spent the past several years driving strategy, delivery, and adoption of cloud-based data platforms and who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise with Azure Databricks, a strong understanding of modern cloud architectures, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for cloud analytics and data platform capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and security teams to deliver high-quality, scalable cloud data solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, prioritization, release planning, and customer adoption.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to optimize data pipelines, governance, and platform performance.
• Ensure product compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product direction and innovation.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to understand needs and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on cloud-based data or analytics platforms.
• Deep experience in Cloud Analytics, Cloud Data, and Cloud Security.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks (architecture, workflows, governance, optimization).
• Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (Azure preferred; AWS/Google Cloud Platform experience also valuable).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)

• Experience in healthcare, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, PHI, etc.).
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, model lifecycle management, or applied AI use cases.
• Background in data governance, data quality, or enterprise data management.
• Technical depth in distributed systems, data engineering, or analytics tooling.
