Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Owner for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity. The Product Owner will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to define product requirements, prioritize work, and support the delivery of digital experiences. This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, and a solid technical aptitude to understand product integrations. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Adobe Target is highly preferred.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and customer needs
- Develop and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and stakeholder needs
- Partner with engineering, design, and testing teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
- Support user acceptance testing and validate delivered functionality against requirements
- Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experiences
- Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
Requirements: - Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Analyst
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and cross-functional technology teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting digital products, websites, or customer-facing applications
Desired skills: - Adobe Target: Experience supporting personalization, A/B testing, experimentation, or experience optimization
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Experience supporting content management, website enhancements, publishing workflows, or digital experience delivery
- Banking or financial services experience
- Experience with Drupal or other Content Management Systems (CMS)
Pay range: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
