Data Analyst

Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you will use your analytical expertise to transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making. Collaborating with various teams, you will play a key role in refining data processes and creating impactful reports to support our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure reliable and accurate data insights.

Design and optimize SQL queries, scripts, and procedures for efficient data retrieval and reporting.

Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visualizations of key performance metrics.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analysis needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

Evaluate and enhance data quality, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all datasets.

Present data findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to support business strategies.

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand key business objectives and align data analysis efforts.

Develop methods to improve reporting processes and streamline data workflows.

Requirements

Proven experience in data analysis, including handling large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
Proficiency in SQL for query writing, data manipulation, and optimization.
Strong ability to create visualizations and dashboards using data tools.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to various stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
Ability to work collaboratively to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
Knowledge of data quality improvement techniques and best practices.
Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools is a plus.
