About the Job: The Ethics and Compliance Risk Assessment and Management Sr. Analyst ("RAMSA") will assist the TINA Ethics & Compliance Team with that further the mission, plan, strategic initiatives, and operational priorities of ethics and compliance within TINA and among the respective TINA and TICO Group Companies. This individual will be tasked with helping the TINA Group Companies and TICO Group Companies advance a risk assessment and management program. The RAMSA will also collaborate with management/stakeholders, compliance officers/professionals, and compliance ambassadors from the TINA Group Companies with developing, implementing, and managing the Compliance Risk Assessment program and remediation of identified risks, issues, and/or violations. In addition, this individual will work closely with the TINA Ethics & Compliance Team and management/business leaders, and business units and risk owners to identify and execute ethics and compliance risks, controls, mitigation and remediation tools, and related policies, procedures, controls, and training that promote understanding and adherence to laws, rules, regulations, and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in risk management, development of risk management programs, enterprise risk management, leading a team, administration skills (analytical, verbal, and written), and a passion for educating and engaging employees on key ethics and compliance matters.
What you'll be doing:
As a member of the TINA Ethics and Compliance Team, you will work with various stakeholders, including the North America Regional Compliance Officer (NA RCCO) and regulatory personnel, to support developing and managing the Ethics and Compliance Monitoring Program. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Governance and Risk Management Program: Collaborate with the team to create and sustain a comprehensive governance and risk management program that integrates risk assessments, training, and issue management while aligning with global risk areas.
- Risk Management Program: Develop and maintain an ethics and compliance risk management program to ensure the TINA Ethics & Compliance Program meets its objectives and maintains integrity.
- Monitoring Program Management: Enhance and manage the monitoring program, document processes, engage with stakeholders, and oversee reporting. Work with policy owners to address risks and control violations.
- Training Materials: Design and implement engaging training materials on policy governance.
- Effectiveness Monitoring: Develop and implement methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Stakeholder Feedback: Maintain continuous feedback with key stakeholders to adjust plans as necessary.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on compliance-related risks, legal changes, and regulatory developments to update policies and tools accordingly.
What we're looking for:
- Post-high school / Secondary Degree (e.g., Graduate/Post-Graduate, Bachelor's Degree)
- 10+ years' experience

- Policy Management & Governance: Experience in policy management, governance, framework development, strategy, process improvement, or project management.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills for both concise presentations and detailed narratives. Ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Team Collaboration: Experience with diverse, cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and relationship building.
- Compliance Program Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance program elements and leading practices.
- Analytical & Critical Thinking: Proficient in analytical, critical thinking, and visual graphic skills for data conceptualization and presentation.
- Professional Maturity: Confidence in expressing viewpoints to varied stakeholders. Ability to learn quickly and synthesize information.
- Self-Discipline & Organization: Ability to analyze complex issues, drive resolutions, and manage progress under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication platforms (Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom). Skilled in using software tools for training material development and record maintenance.
- Program Management: Experience in autonomously building and managing risk management or compliance programs, driving decisions, managing stakeholders, executing projects, and process implementation.
