Summary

Our Client is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst - II to support their operations, focusing on benefits administration, eligibility, and enrollment. The ideal candidate will analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams. Wisconsin residency is required, and the position is mostly remote with some onsite requirements. The role involves handling sensitive Federal Tax Information (FTI), so security clearance is necessary. No travel is required. The candidate should have strong Microsoft Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
