JD Edwards Business Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH Hybrid, 3 days onsite, local candidates only
Travel: Approximately 20%
Experience: 3 5 years
Pay Range: $80-100K per year based on experience.

We are seeking a JD Edwards Business Analyst to support and enhance JD Edwards EnterpriseOne across the organization. This role will partner closely with business, IT, development, and vendor teams to understand business needs, troubleshoot system issues, improve processes, and deliver system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications
- Gather business requirements and analyze existing processes
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Troubleshoot JDE issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Assist with configuration, testing, and implementation of enhancements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Coordinate with developers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Develop documentation and provide training/support to end users
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience
- Experience with Finance, Manufacturing, and/or Distribution modules
- Requirements gathering and functional specification experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
- 3 5 years of relevant experience
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred
- JD Edwards Orchestrator and SQL experience are strong pluses
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate combines hands-on JDE EnterpriseOne knowledge with strong Business Analyst skills. They can work directly with business users to understand operational challenges, translate those needs for technical teams, troubleshoot issues, and help drive system and process improvements.
Experience supporting JDE within a manufacturing or distribution environment would be especially relevant.
