Summary

Your role

As an Aftermarket Customer Service Specialist, your mission is to to ensure accurate and timely processing of parts orders while delivering exceptional support to internal teams and customers, helping drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Business Line Manager - Aftermarket Sales & Marketing.

You will:
  • Verify equipment and serial data, and prepare accurate quotations using approved pricing and SAP inventory checks.
  • Generate accurate spare-parts quotations by applying approved pricing matrices, confirming equipment serial numbers, and validating stock or lead-time in SAP.
  • Convert accepted quotes into clean SAP sales orders and maintains complete, up-to-date customer and asset records.
  • Proactively follow up on open quotations, clarifying technical/commercial questions, suggest alternatives, and convert opportunities into bookings.

You have at least 2 years of experience, working in customer service within a manufacturing or repair environment.
  • High School Diploma
  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Strong problem solving skils, the ability to work independently, and the discretion to manage customer issues efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office on Greens Road in Houston, TX
