OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring for an SQL Database Administrator . This position will be located in Glynco, GA, and will be an onsite position with flexible telework potential.
Responsibilities Manages database design, implementation, and maintenance.
Provide design and implementation of software and databases in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and/or newer.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5 - 8 years of equivalent experience in computer science, system analysis or a related field
A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in design and implementation of software and databases in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and/or newer.
Must pass a Federal Law Enforcement Background Investigation
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with DHS and/or FLETC
Master's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related field
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Database Administrator
No security clearance required; Secret Clearance Preferred

Posted Pay Range The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
