Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Recovery Management Analyst to join its Recovery Management team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, IT Operations, Service Management, or related disciplines who are looking to grow into an Incident Commander position.
This position plays a critical role in managing technology incidents, coordinating cross-functional response efforts, documenting recovery activities, and driving accountability for permanent corrective actions. While the initial focus will be supporting incident response activities as an Incident Scribe, successful candidates will be developed into Incident Commanders capable of leading non-major and eventually major incident bridges. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, a systems-thinking mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to grow into leadership responsibilities within a fast-paced operational environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
