Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an HEAD OF AMERICAS WEALTH INVESTOR SERVICING for a FULL TIME assignment with one of our premier Financial clients in New York, NY .
This role sits within Client Operations and owns the end-to-end servicing experience for private wealth clients, platforms, advisors, and relationship managers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.The broader Client Operations organization owns the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, capital activity, reporting, inquiries, communications, and ongoing relationship support. The team partners closely with Wealth Solutions, Distribution, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Technology, and Product teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who understands alternative investments, private wealth distribution, and how to scale servicing models in a complex, fast-growing environment.
THE ROLE
The Head of Americas Wealth Investor Servicing will lead all regional wealth servicing initiatives from New York, with responsibility for the platform onboarding and servicing team supporting private wealth platform home offices (wire houses, banks, independent broker-dealers, and RIAs)
The advisor and relationship-manager servicing teams handling day-to-day inquiries and broader advisor and investor support
This role sits at the center of onboarding, reporting, investor and advisor support, technology integration, and overall client experience for the Americas wealth business. The position reports into global Wealth Investor Relations leadership within Client Operations and works closely with the Americas Wealth Solutions team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, develop, and scale the Americas wealth servicing organization, ensuring best-in-class operational support and client service
Shape and evolve the regional wealth servicing model, including staffing, workflows, service levels, and governance
Partner on the structuring, launch, and ongoing support of evergreen and semi-liquid alternative investment vehicles
Own pre- and post-sale servicing processes, including launch readiness, post-launch execution, and ongoing investor support
Serve as a senior point of contact for private wealth platform partners, overseeing onboarding for both open-ended and closed-ended products
Collaborate closely with distribution, product, legal, compliance, finance, tax, treasury, and technology teams on new product launches and strategic initiatives
Ensure tight alignment with global wealth servicing teams across EMEA and APAC to deliver a consistent client experience for global platforms
Partner with transfer agent oversight and product management teams to ensure smooth, scalable servicing workflows
Represent Wealth Investor Relations in senior internal forums and cross-functional working groups, advocating for wealth-specific priorities
Manage and deepen relationships with key external service providers, including administrators, custodians, data providers, and other vendors
QUALIFICATIONS
10-15+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, client servicing, or operational leadership within asset management or financial services
Demonstrated experience supporting a large, complex asset manager across multiple asset classes
Strong understanding of illiquid and semi-liquid alternative investment strategies and their servicing requirements
Experience working with private wealth platforms and platform onboarding processes strongly preferred
Familiarity with technology and data solutions supporting reporting, subscriptions, and servicing for open-ended products
Proven people leader with strong team-building, organizational, and execution skills
Collaborative operator who can drive outcomes in highly cross-functional environments
Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy and sound judgment
Bachelor's degree required
