SAP GTS Consultant (Upgrade / S4HANA Integration)  Contract   Austin, Texas 

Job Description

Strong experience in SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI)

Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)

Experience with S/4HANA simplification and upgrade projects

Role Responsibilities:

Analyze upgrade impact on SAP GTS processes, configurations, and interfaces.

Assess and remediate deprecated functionalities in alignment with S/4HANA simplification items.

Perform gap analysis between current GTS setup and S/4HANA requirements.

Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation for upgrade changes.

Design, prepare, and execute test cases for foreign trade and compliance processes.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.

Ensure readiness of compliance checks, embargo checks, and customs documentation processes.

Validate integration between SAP GTS and connected SAP/non-SAP systems via HCI.

Define and execute cutover activities for the GTS stream during go-live.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI, Logistics) for end-to-end trade compliance validation.

Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues related to GTS.
 
Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
