Program Coordinator (Customer Insights & Data) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator (Customer Insights & Data) to support strategic initiatives focused on customer experience, reporting, and operational execution. Work Schedule: Onsite 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities Customer Insights & Data Support (40%) - Assist with reporting related to customer feedback, surveys, support trends, usage data, and customer journey metrics.
- Maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Qualtrics, or similar tools.
- Review qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and summarize key takeaways.
- Ensure data accuracy, clean reporting files, and organized customer/contact lists.
- Support preparation of leadership presentations and business summaries.
Program Coordination & Execution (60%) - Support internal programs by tracking timelines, deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder action items.
- Coordinate meetings, status updates, follow-ups, and project documentation.
- Assist with survey launches, system setup, testing links, and troubleshooting issues.
- Help maintain process documentation, SOPs, and workflow trackers.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, customer success, product, and leadership teams.
- Provide day-to-day support on strategic initiatives and special projects.
Required Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in coordination, analytics, operations, customer support, consulting support, or related roles.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including formulas, sorting, filtering, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Qualtrics, Salesforce, ClickUp, or CRM/reporting systems.
- Exposure to customer experience, customer success, SaaS, healthcare tech, or consulting environments.
- Experience creating presentations or summaries for leadership teams.
