Summary

Business Analyst to join our team as a strategic partner in driving operational excellence. This role is primarily focused on Cost-Out support and tracking, ensuring high-visibility financial initiatives stay on target.

You will contribute to the evaluation, design, and implementation of standardized reporting and information systems solutions. As a strategic thought partner, you will manage projects from inception to completion, developing the dashboards and business strategies necessary to monitor industry trends and program performance.

Key Responsibilities

Cost-Out Support: Act as a subject matter expert in tracking and analyzing cost-reduction initiatives to ensure organizational value.
Strategic Analysis: Perform deep-dive research and data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends and provide actionable business insights.
Performance Reporting: Establish key metrics to gauge business value and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency: * SQL: 1+ years of experience in data extraction and manipulation.
- Data Analysis: 1+ years of experience in a formal analyst role.
- Excel: experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
Exceptional ability to translate technical data into clear, strategic narratives for business stakeholders.
