Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer skilled in these technologies - Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Service & .NET Candidate should be willing to work in both support (weekdays and weekend support during PST hours) and development ecosystem involving production support shifts. Key Responsibilities Incident management - troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis and execute resolution steps Build a comprehensive KEDB for recurring and unique incidents and guide offshore team to build competency on incident management Work on minor enhancements development stories.
