Senior .NET Developer / C#

About the Role
Senior Application Developer to join our Mortgage Servicing technology team. In this role, you will
design and develop cloud-based solutions using Microsoft technologies, ensuring high-quality
code and robust applications. You ll work across the full software development lifecycle from
coding and testing to deployment and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex business applications using .NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL,
SSIS.
Build full-stack solutions with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and modern front-end
frameworks.
Prepare software for production deployment and provide post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live systems.
Collaborate in Agile teams and manage small projects independently.
Document applications and ensure quality through testing and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of software development experience.
Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Core (Version 6 or 8 preferred).
Cloud experience with AWS (EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Containers, API Gateway).
Full-stack development expertise (front-end and back-end).
Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP).
Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, and unit testing.
Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot or equivalent).
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice-to-Have:
Financial services or mortgage industry experience.
Linux and open-source software exposure.
Interview Process
Coding Assessment: Multiple-choice and coding challenges focused on practical skills.
Technical Interview: 60-minute onsite panel for candidates who pass the assessment.
Work Environment
Onsite 5 days/week in Carrollton, TX.
