Role:
Seeking a Tableau BI Developer with hands-on experience building, optimizing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports.
Must Have:
- 1–3+ years hands-on Tableau development
- Strong Tableau dashboard/report development
- Tableau performance tuning experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work EST hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complex Tableau dashboards, reports & visualizations
- Perform Tableau performance tuning & optimization
- Create complex calculations and formulas
- Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions
- Support data modeling and dashboard design
- Perform unit, integration, performance & regression testing
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
