We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the CDM DORIS Retirement Project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile project management, Jira-based project governance, and enterprise-level project delivery. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to governance and quality standards.

• Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality benchmarks

• Oversee project governance processes, including compliance reporting and audit readiness

• Lead steering committee meetings and deliver regular, clear status updates to executive stakeholders

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and budgets

• Monitor project performance metrics and ensure timely delivery within approved scope and cost

• Coordinate with multiple teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution

• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues

• Define and implement effective mitigation and contingency strategies

• Escalate risks and issues appropriately to leadership and governance forums

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align project priorities with business objectives

• Advocate for effective, transparent communication among all project stakeholders

• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

• Apply Agile methodologies and best practices across the project lifecycle

• Utilize Jira for project tracking, reporting, and governance enforcement

• Ensure Agile ceremonies, reporting, and metrics are consistently executed and optimized

• Mentor and guide project managers and delivery teams to enhance overall project delivery maturity

• Support organizational change management initiatives related to project implementations and system retirements

• 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager in large-scale enterprise environments

• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred)

• Mandatory strong experience in Jira project governance

• Proven experience managing complex system retirement or transformation projects

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Strong risk management, reporting, and governance capabilities

• Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven projects

• Background in financial, healthcare, or large enterprise IT environments

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
