Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant to lead SAP implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP solutions, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to drive end-to-end project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide solution architecture guidance and ensure integration across systems.
• Manage stakeholder communication and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
• Oversee system testing, data validation, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide strategic resolution.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and guide team members.
• Ensure system performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 9+ years of hands-on SAP experience in implementation and/or support projects.
• Experience in leading full lifecycle SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system integration.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification(s).
• Experience with S/4HANA environments.
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience managing client-facing engagements (if applicable).
