Our client, an innovative leader in vehicle maintenance and engineering support, is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be an essential part of the Base Operations supporting fleet readiness and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Vehicle Technician
Location: Tracy, CA
Pay Range: 40/hr.
Shift:Sun-Thur, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Configure, set up, maintain, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road usage.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to support vehicle readiness for demonstrations and testing.
- Maintain detailed service records and quality field reports.
- Ensure shop facilities, tools, and workspace are in excellent condition and organized.
What's Needed?
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of technician experience in a related field.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
