Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Core Java programming.
Experience with functional programming and Scala (or willingness to learn).
Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
Experience with distributed caching and relational databases (Sybase, Oracle, MS SQL).
Understanding of middleware technologies (MQ, Kafka).
Hands-on experience in Linux environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills
Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
Familiarity with cloud-ready development and Docker containers.
Understanding of Reactive programming.
Experience in data modeling and full SDLC.
Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices, automation, and scripting (Python preferred).
Experience with Continuous Integration systems.
