Project Manager (Procurement Implementation) - IT InitiativesOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional IT initiatives from concept through deployment. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, aligning stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring successful outcomes across multiple workstreams.
*Interested applicants MUST HAVE experience overseeing a 3rd party Implementation Partner/Service Integrator on a large-scale, enterprise wide initiative* Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Execution- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale IT initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear, consistent communication of project status to executives and stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Cross-Functional Management- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, vendors, and business units throughout all project phases:
- Concept & Initiation, Build & Test, Data Migration, Deployment, and Closure.
- Oversee vendor and internal product teams on solution validation, build and test cycles, migration readiness, and deployment execution.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Security to ensure system designs comply with internal policies.
- Coordinate with integration teams supporting SAP and other enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams on data cleansing and migration requirements.
- Work closely with Change Management and Functional Leads to support communication and training plans.
Financial & Resource Management- Maintain an up-to-date resource plan and escalate staffing concerns as needed.
- Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
