Summary
MustHaves (nonnegotiable):
- Direct SAP experience candidate must have worked handson in SAP; other ERPs alone (Workday, Oracle, etc.) are not acceptable
SAP SD functional expertise, specifically:
- OrdertoCash
- Pricing (called out explicitly as a must)
Implementation experience:
- Prefer SAP S/4HANA, but ECC is acceptable
- Candidate must have been part of at least one implementation and be able to hit the ground running
Functional + technical depth:
- Ability to translate business processes into SAP configuration
- Able to partner with ABAP developers on enhancements and explain requirements clearly
Seniorlevel capability:
- 5+ years experience (grade51 posting)
- Not a junior or trainup role
Manufacturing context:
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments is strongly expected (bankingonly backgrounds were called out as a poor fit)
