Job Summary (List Format) Electrical Engineer, Mossville, IL - Design, develop, test, and supervise manufacturing/installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems for various applications (commercial, industrial, military, scientific).
- Create and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Supervise design, development, and testing processes for electrical machinery controls, wiring, and lighting.
- Review and approve design models for cost effectiveness, reliability, and safety.
- Provide project time and cost estimates and discuss these with clients.
- Oversee simulation and testing of machine/system operations, ensuring product quality.
- Direct and coordinate activities related to manufacturing, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing for compliance with specs, codes, and customer requirements.
- Inspect installations and review operations to ensure conformance with design specs and safety standards.
- Utilize creativity, analytical/problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
- Demonstrate leadership, mentoring, and teamwork capabilities.
- Perform detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards.
- Prepare sketches, engineering drawings, and perform technical computations.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (required).
- Experience: 10+ years in electrical engineering (required).
Additional Key Responsibilities: - Assess motor, converter, and battery performance, including cycle evaluations, dynamics, and cost estimations.
- Support hybrid and full electric machine platforms.
- Provide simulation models for system-level studies.
