This is a 1st shift position, Monday - Thursday 5:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Essential Responsibilities:- Change and set electrodes
- Read micrometers, calipers, indicators, and comparator
- Read blueprints
- Identify visual defects
- Use and check various fixtures
- Identify alarm codes
- Start and stop machine
- Identify and correct machine operational problems
- Know and understand the ISO 9001/AS 9100 and Nadcap procedures and requirements
- Perform daily maintenance using a checklist
- Verify settings for special process approvals
- Communicate any questions and verify completeness and accuracy
- Understand, use, and follow work instructions
Qualifications:- High School Diploma/GED
- Sinker EDM experience; preferred
- Machining experience a plus
- Strong Mechanical aptitude
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Team player
