Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Accessibility Consultant to support a higher education client in assessing and improving accessibility within their PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (SIS) environment. The consultant will perform a WCAG 2.1 AA gap analysis, identify accessibility issues, and deliver a prioritized remediation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct accessibility audit across student & applicant-facing modules
• Perform WCAG 2.1 AA compliance gap analysis
• Evaluate keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)
• Assess color contrast, ARIA roles, semantic structure, and form validation
• Document issues and provide remediation recommendations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders
• Deliver detailed reports and executive summaries

Required Skills (70% Match Keywords):
• WCAG 2.1 AA, Accessibility Audit, Gap Analysis
• Screen Readers: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver
• Accessibility Tools: Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Siteimprove
