Job Summary: 

We are seeking a skilled professional to support engineering simulation applications and related infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting CAE tools, developing automation scripts, managing SSL certificates, and collaborating with engineering and IT teams.

Required Skills

  • Experience supporting Engineering Simulation / CAE tools (ANSYS, MATLAB, CAMEO, FEA, CFD)
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, VBA, Python, or similar)
  • Experience with SSL certificate management and renewals
  • Basic Windows and Linux administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow experience
  • Change Management process knowledge
  • Experience supporting engineering applications in a manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot CAE and engineering simulation applications
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts
  • Manage SSL certificate renewals and related support activities
  • Provide Windows and Linux system support
  • Collaborate with Engineering and IT teams to resolve technical issues
  • Support Incident, Change, and Service Request processes using ServiceNow
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
