Are you a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven professional with a strong background in the engineering industry? We are currently seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of national accounts, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a strong ability to understand and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings, and a proven track record in customer interaction, problem solving, and installation.

Responsibilities:

As our National Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and developing relationships with a diverse portfolio of national accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
2. Interpreting and understanding engineering blueprints and drawings, and using this knowledge to provide strategic advice and guidance to clients.
3. Leveraging your strong problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs, and developing innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
4. Leading and coordinating installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
5. Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.
6. Conducting regular account reviews to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and using this knowledge to inform strategic decision-making and planning.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
2. A strong technical understanding, with the ability to interpret and understand engineering blueprints and drawings.
3. Proven experience in managing and developing national accounts, with a strong track record in customer interaction and service delivery.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and address customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
5. Experience in leading and coordinating installation projects, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
6. Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret market trends and use this knowledge to inform strategic decision-making and planning.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
8. A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
