Description: This role owns the marketing database and drives data-driven player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through segmentation, analytics, and targeted campaigns. Responsibilities include managing direct marketing execution, database integrity, performance reporting, and compliance within a regulated gaming environment. Ideal for someone with casino CRM experience who enjoys blending analytics, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Ideal candidate for this role needs to have a casino-operations background
- The client is open to someone PRIMARILY remote with the ability to travel onsite a minimum of once a quarter. The work site is in Cripple Creek, Colorado.
- It is a contract to hire with a target max of $115k conversion salary.

- Produces redemption, cost, and performance reporting (proforma/postforma)
- Manages multiple moving parts and deadlines simultaneously
Skills- Prior Casino or gaming industry experience
- End to end project management of direct marketing campaigns
- Database marketing execution and segmentation
- Campaign analytics and reporting
- Vendor coordination and QA/proofing
- Strong Excel (pivot tables, structured reporting)
- Owns workflow from campaign concept segmentation offer setup creative vendor handoff drop date reporting
- Manages multiple moving parts and deadlines simultaneously
- Produces redemption, cost, and performance reporting (proforma/postforma)
- Comfortable working with casino management systems and marketing databases
Preferred Skills- Familiarity with Synkros
- Exposure to SQL (not required)
- QCI or CRM platform experience
- Experience in loyalty, hospitality, or rewards programs
