Our client, a leading global retail organization, is seeking an experienced Retail Domain Consultant to work onsite with business stakeholders. The consultant will play a key role in understanding current processes, documenting workflows, and supporting transformation and reimagination initiatives. This role requires strong functional expertise across retail domains and the ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Process Consulting

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand workflows and operational processes
Document current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
Support business reimagination and transformation initiatives

Retail Domain Expertise

Provide functional guidance across retail domains such as POS, OMS, eCommerce, merchandising, and supply chain
Support solution definition aligned to business needs

Stakeholder Management

Conduct workshops and discussions with business stakeholders
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams

Transformation Support

Support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
Ensure alignment between business requirements and solution design

Required Skills

X-10 years of functional expertise across retail domains: POS, OMS, eCommerce, supply chain, merchandising
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience in business consulting and process documentation
Ability to drive workshops and capture business requirements effectively

Preferred Skills

Experience in US onsite client engagements
Exposure to retail IT systems and transformation programs
Understanding of digital modernization initiatives
AI / Agentic AI knowledge or experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
