Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce AI Architect to drive scalable AI adoption and business transformation across the Salesforce ecosystem. The role focuses on delivering AI-enabled business outcomes while defining enterprise architecture standards, governance, and integration patterns aligned with broader AI strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Google Cloud Platform AI and enterprise architecture teams on AI strategy and roadmap.
Align Salesforce AI capabilities with enterprise AI initiatives and evaluate build-vs-buy decisions.
Deliver AI use cases across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
Architect solutions using Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, Flow Automation, and MuleSoft.
Design reusable AI frameworks for CRM workflows, automation, copilots, and customer engagement.
Integrate Salesforce securely with enterprise AI services, APIs, and platforms.
Define responsible AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
Enable engineering teams with standards, templates, and operational best practices.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Salesforce architecture and platform engineering experience.
Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and Salesforce platform architecture.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and Data Cloud.
Experience designing enterprise CRM solutions and AI/GenAI adoption strategies.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
Experience integrating with Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
Familiarity with AI orchestration, RAG, copilots, and conversational AI.
Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives and cross-platform collaboration.
