- Design scalable TDM solutions across heterogeneous environments including:
- Mainframe DB2, VSAM, sequential datasets, GDGs and related technologies.
- Distributed databases Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2 LUW and similar platforms.
- Cloud/data platforms and enterprise data lakes.
- APIs, files, messaging, and integrated application ecosystems.
- Define reusable test-data patterns based on recurring application and QA requirements.
- Evaluate enterprise TDM products and capabilities against technical and business requirements without being tied to a specific vendor.
- Develop solution architectures, technical workflows, capability matrices, PoCs, and platform recommendations.
- Partner with Information Security and Data Governance teams to establish masking, privacy, and non-production data controls.
- Integrate TDM capabilities with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and self-service provisioning workflows.
- Explore opportunities for AI-assisted and synthetic test-data generation while maintaining security and data-quality controls.
- Provide architecture and technical leadership to offshore TDM engineers.
- Facilitate technical discussions with application architects, engineering teams, DBAs, data teams, and senior technology stakeholders.
- Define operational metrics including provisioning lead time, refresh duration, automation coverage, masking compliance, and service reliability.
- 10+ years of IT/data engineering or Quality Engineering experience with significant experience in Test Data Management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise TDM concepts and architecture.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Data masking and de-identification.
- Data subsetting.
- Synthetic test-data generation.
- Database refresh and cloning.
- Automated/self-service provisioning.
- Referential-integrity management.
- Test-data discovery and profiling.
- Strong SQL and relational database expertise.
- Experience working with complex enterprise application/data landscapes.
- Knowledge of mainframe and distributed data technologies.
- Understanding of cloud/data-lake architectures and modern data platforms.
- Experience integrating engineering platforms through APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Knowledge of data privacy, PII handling, and non-production security controls.
- Ability to create enterprise architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical standards.
- Experience with commercial or enterprise TDM platforms such as K2view, Broadcom Test Data Manager, Delphix, BMC Compuware/File-AID, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with Databricks or modern enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with ServiceNow-based request/workflow integration.
- Experience implementing TDM self-service portals or APIs.
- Exposure to GenAI/Agentic AI approaches for test-data discovery, generation, or orchestration.
The successful candidate should be able to move comfortably between architecture and implementation-from presenting an enterprise TDM strategy to senior technology leaders to working with engineers on the technical mechanics of provisioning data across databases and applications.
The architect will serve as the primary onsite technical authority for TDM and ensure that tactical application requirements contribute toward reusable enterprise capabilities rather than isolated point solutions.

About Aroha Technologies
Michael Arrington, founder and co-editor of Tech Crunch once famously said that ‘The best startups generally come from somebody needing to scratch an itch’.
Quite true to the thought, Aroha Technologies Inc was launched in 2008 in Florida. While we began our journey with a powerful Staffing Specialist & Software Development, Today our procedure has amplified into a more robust and simplified solution for Marketers looking for consistent and long term.
In our quest to do better, we resolve to simplify user acquisition, retention, engagement and large Business without blinking an eyelid! A semi-remote team spread across the globe, we are here to help you one step at a time.
Unmatchable growing excellence When AROHA was formed, we interviewed many potential clients and business colleagues and asked what a single important question seemed: “If you could design a firm to meet your needs, what would it look like?” The answers to that question have guided our thinking and planning on an ongoing basis, and form the core of our thinking about how we treat our clients and our employees, whom we call associates.
At a most basic level, we have stated our mission in a promise to our clients and our associates: “Unmatchable growing excellence.” This alignment governs superior service to our customers and supports our associates who perform that work, which cannot be matched by our competitors.
In short, we believe that care of our associates, disciplined financial management, and constant attention to the fundamentals of good delivery adds up to a successful, scalable business.
