Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will serve as a key technical leader, owning major features, guiding complex initiatives, and elevating engineering standards across the organization. This role directly influences system architecture, code quality, and technical decision-making.

In this position, you will design and build sophisticated solutions, drive best practices, and mentor engineers of varying experience levels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, ensure alignment with business objectives, and help shape the long-term evolution of critical systems and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop complex software solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Lead code reviews and enforce consistent engineering standards across the team.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices and technical growth.
  • Build scalable, maintainable systems while considering performance and long-term sustainability.
  • Support project planning by contributing to estimates, technical assessments, and solution design.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery speed and reliability.
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organizational needs.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, with strong expertise in Full Stack Development and C#.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and modern SDLC methodologies including Agile or SAFe.
  • Proficiency in relational database development, including Oracle and MS SQL Server querying and scripting.
  • Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with REST API development and supporting distributed architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Google Cloud Platform, and modern engineering practices such as TDD, BDD, and pipeline automation.
  • Ability to configure, maintain, and integrate third-party software solutions.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
