Extensive experience with Payroll Configuration & Processing

Strong expertise in:

• PeopleSoft Application Designer
• Integration Broker
• SQR
• SQL
• PS Query
• BI Publisher
• SAP Business Objects

Experience with:

• AWE (Approval Workflow Engine)
• Run My Jobs (RMJ)
• PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager)
• Fluid UI
• Elastic Search

Federal Labor Law knowledge

PeopleSoft Security & NIST Standards

Payroll Tax Processing, W-2, W-3, 941 Reconciliation

Payroll Production Support & Troubleshooting

Executive Presentation & Audit Support experience

ITIL / ITSM knowledge

Preferred Experience

State of Texas CAPPS Experience

Texas Public Sector Experience

Disaster Recovery Testing

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll Module

Manage payroll configurations, deductions, garnishments, tax setups, earnings codes, pay groups, and calendars

Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues, retro pay, tax discrepancies, and integration failures

Support W-2 validation, W-3 filing, and Year-End Processing

Configure and manage AWE workflows

Develop and support PS Queries, SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP BO reports

Support PUM updates, tax updates, and application enhancements

Monitor payroll batch jobs and production support activities

Collaborate with HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, and Technical Teams

Participate in audits, disaster recovery testing, and major incident management
