Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Consultant to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in designing innovative services and client experiences that drive measurable business value. This role plays a key part in shaping service strategies, improving operational processes, and enhancing client journeys.

The consultant will use independent judgment to define methodologies, develop client-facing journey frameworks, and influence departmental strategy through research-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to design innovative service experiences aligned with business objectives.

• Develop and define client-facing “moment of truth” journeys that shape client relationships.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to articulate and implement service vision strategies.

• Conduct primary research to build empathy with end clients and gather actionable insights.

• Synthesize multiple data sources and research findings into strategic recommendations.

• Co-create and design detailed service solutions with cross-functional teams.

• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance client experience and profitability.

• Assist in planning, developing, and executing process strategies aligned with long-term business goals.

• Support initiatives aimed at building future-ready banking/service models.

• Act as a resource integrator, aligning research, strategy, and execution efforts.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Business Process Excellence

• Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM)

• Proven experience in process improvement and transformation initiatives
