Job Title: Senior/Lead AI Engineer LangChain, LangGraph & Generative AI

Location: [Richmond,VA

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in building advanced Generative AI applications using LangChain and LangGraph. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that integrate large language models, knowledge graphs, and multi-modal data to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI applications using LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.

• Build scalable pipelines for LLMs, including prompt engineering, memory management, and chain orchestration.

• Integrate LangGraph for knowledge graph-based reasoning and context-aware AI solutions.

• Collaborate with data engineers and ML teams to deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

• Optimize performance and efficiency of LLM-based applications.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest in LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and Generative AI trends.

• Assist in architectural decisions for AI product development and ensure best practices in AI safety and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong programming experience in Python; familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or Django is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent AI orchestration frameworks.

• Experience building applications with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.).

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).

• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, RDF, SPARQL, or graph databases (Neo4j, ArangoDB, etc.).

• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills, architectural thinking, and understanding of AI pipelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, audio, video).

• Exposure to Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).

• Familiarity with AI safety, fairness, and bias mitigation techniques.

• Open-source contribution or publications in AI/ML domain.
