We?re seeking a passionate and highly skilled Senior Designer to join a dynamic team dedicated to creative excellence and retail storytelling. What You?ll Do
- Create high-quality, on-brand designs for a diverse range of projects, ensuring every asset perfectly reflects the core identity.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and marketing partners to conceptualize, refine, and execute ideas that emotionally connect with customers and achieve strategic goals.
- Oversee the production process, preparing final files for both print and digital, guaranteeing pixel-perfect and press-ready deliverables.
- Contribute to the brand?s ongoing evolution by building robust brand identities, scalable design systems, logos, guidelines, and templates that elevate the overall customer experience.
- Forge strong partnerships across the organization with various teams to ensure creative work is seamlessly aligned with key business priorities.
What You?ll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional design experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.
- A Bachelor?s Degree in Design or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates a strong foundation in design principles.
- Strong experience using Figma and high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Exceptional creative skills, including a keen eye for detail, strong typography, color theory, and layout expertise.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively articulate design ideas and rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
