Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IVR / Agentic GECX Tester with strong contact center testing and automation experience.

Required Skills:

10+ years of IT experience
3+ years of experience with Cyara or Agentic Automation tools
Hands-on experience in IVR, voicebots, and contact center testing
Google GECX, NGA, Kore.ai, or Dialogflow
NLP, ASR, TTS, and intent recognition
API testing using Postman, JSON, and XML
SQL, Linux, and PuTTY/SSH
Jira, Octane, STLC, and test automation
Strong leadership and client communication skills
