Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Program Manager with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to lead large-scale ERP transformation programs for enterprise clients. This is a customer-facing leadership role responsible for independently managing client relationships, overseeing multiple project workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex D365 implementation programs.
The Program Manager will provide strategic program governance, delivery leadership, and executive-level stakeholder engagement while coordinating cross-functional teams across functional, technical, and business domains. The role requires strong experience managing multi-phase ERP implementations, global delivery teams, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be PMP certified, possess strong program governance and delivery management capabilities, and demonstrate the ability to independently engage with customers, understand business priorities, and translate them into successful ERP delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery Oversight
- Lead large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation programs across multiple projects or workstreams.
- Own the end-to-end program delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, and successful deployment.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, delivery strategy, and resource planning.
- Establish and manage program governance structures, delivery frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure successful program delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Monitor program progress using KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Identify and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary program leader and trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
- Independently manage client relationships and program expectations across business and IT leadership teams.
- Lead client discussions, executive briefings, steering committees, and program governance meetings.
- Understand client business objectives and ensure ERP solutions align with strategic transformation goals.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve operational efficiency through Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
Dynamics 365 Program Oversight
- Provide program oversight for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations across multiple functional areas, including:
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Procurement
- Manufacturing
- Retail (where applicable)
- Ensure alignment between functional, technical, and integration workstreams.
- Oversee data migration, integrations, testing strategy, and deployment planning.
- Ensure implementation follows Microsoft best practices and ERP delivery standards.
Team Leadership & Global Delivery Coordination
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical architects, developers, testers, and support teams.
- Manage global delivery models involving onshore and offshore teams.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to project managers and functional leads.
- Ensure effective resource planning, capacity management, and team performance.
Governance, Risk & Quality Management
- Establish PMO governance frameworks, program reporting structures, and escalation mechanisms.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, compliance standards, and organizational delivery practices.
- Manage change requests, scope management, and contract alignment.
- Track program-level KPIs, milestones, financials, and delivery health metrics.
Communication & Executive Reporting
- Prepare and present program dashboards, executive reports, and delivery updates.
- Communicate program progress to client executives, steering committees, and internal leadership.
- Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution at the executive level.
Required Skills
Program & Project Management
- Extensive experience managing large-scale ERP transformation programs
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, and financial oversight
- Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience managing multiple project streams simultaneously
Microsoft Dynamics Expertise
- Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations
- Strong understanding of ERP functional modules and enterprise business processes
- Familiarity with integration architecture, data migration strategies, and release management
Client Engagement & Leadership
- Strong customer-facing leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and complex program discussions

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification required
- Experience managing large Dynamics 365 transformation programs
- Prior experience working with enterprise clients in consulting or system integrator environments
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus
Travel Requirements
- Remote role within the United States
- Occasional travel to customer sites for program workshops, governance meetings, and key implementation milestones
