Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Project Manager / PMO to lead and manage digital commerce initiatives. This role will drive end-to-end delivery of ecommerce projects, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and digital teams while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of ecommerce and digital transformation projects
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, UX, marketing, vendors)
Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting (PMO governance)
Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
Oversee platform implementations (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce, etc.)
Define KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking for ecommerce initiatives
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure delivery best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8–12+ years of project/program management experience
Strong experience in ecommerce/digital commerce projects
Experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and PMO frameworks
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certifications
Experience in retail, D2C, or B2C environments
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Exposure to payment gateways, order management systems (OMS), and CRM integrations
