Who We’re Looking For

Palantir Foundry Architects/Lead

You will:

• Lead end-to-end Foundry architecture and platform design

• Design ontology, data models, and object hierarchies

• Define data integration strategies and pipeline architecture

• Establish governance, security, and access control frameworks

• Guide performance optimization and scalability planning

• Interface with business stakeholders and technical teams

• Mentor engineers and oversee implementation quality

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years in data architecture, distributed systems, or enterprise data platforms

• Hands-on Palantir Foundry architecture experience

• Strong understanding of data modeling, ontology design, and pipeline optimization

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

• Experience leading technical teams

Palantir Foundry Engineers

You will:

• Build and maintain Foundry data pipelines (Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, Workshop, Ontology)

• Implement transforms using Python, PySpark, SQL, or TypeScript

• Develop applications and workflows within Foundry

• Integrate APIs and external systems

• Support data validation, quality monitoring, and performance tuning

• Collaborate closely with architects and stakeholders

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years in data engineering or software engineering

• Hands-on Foundry development experience

• Strong Python and/or Spark experience

• Experience building production-grade data pipelines

• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices

What Makes You Stand Out

• Prior Palantir certification

• Experience on government or regulated industry projects

• Active security clearance (if applicable)

• Experience scaling Foundry across large organizations

• Strong client-facing communication skills
