Summary

Job Title: Teamcenter Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months

Introduction:

The Teamcenter Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining solutions on the Teamcenter platform. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Siemens Teamcenter and experience with various modules and integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall project development, production support, and maintenance activities
  • Gather requirements, design solutions, and implement functional changes on the Teamcenter platform
  • Customize Teamcenter solutions using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Rich Client plugin, and AWC
  • Prepare and update necessary documentation and assist in developing system documentation
  • Integrate Teamcenter with MCAD, ECAD, MES, ERP, and other bespoke applications
  • Deploy Teamcenter solutions on Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for project stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop subordinates, promoting teamwork and collaboration
  • Manage data migration, mapping, and validation to Teamcenter from legacy applications
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in PLM

Requirements:

<>Basic:
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in any discipline
  • Experience with full SDLC lifecycle and Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver quality work on time
  • Flexible and adaptable to learning new technologies
  • Experience with Lean methodology and Agile development
<>Preferred:
  • 8-10 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter with strong solution design and implementation knowledge
  • Expertise in Data Modeling, Configuration, and Building solutions on Teamcenter
  • Experience with Teamcenter customization involving ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and AWC
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter modules like BOM Management, Change Management, Security, and Manufacturing
  • Experience in integrating Teamcenter with various applications and systems
  • Ability to create functional and technical specification documents using tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge of Cloud deployment solutions like AWS, Azure, and Google
  • Understanding of Teamcenter Data Model and database schema
  • Experience with Agile project methodology and Sprint-wise delivery
  • Knowledge of MES Applications will be an added advantage
