Required Skills: - Sr. Level expertise of PeopleSoft EDI
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong functional understanding of customer onboarding processes, specifically within a PeopleSoft environment.
- Solid working knowledge/expertise of EDI concepts and onboarding of EDI trading partners (transaction sets, mapping, testing/certification, go-live support).
- Demonstrated experience creating business process documentation/playbooks.
- Experience conducting gap analysis on manual or ad hoc business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting findings and business stakeholders. Documentation of a Play Book is a deliverable.
- Strong interpersonal skills able to work collaboratively with existing SME/developer without disrupting current operations.
- Self-directed; able to scope and deliver a time-boxed analysis phase (2-4 weeks) without additional help.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with PeopleSoft Order-to-Cash or Customer Data Management modules.
- Experience standing up or maturing onboarding processes at other organizations.
- Familiarity with process/workflow documentation tools.
