Role: Snowflake Architect
Location: Alpharetta, GA Key Responsibilities: - Lead data integration activities: architecture, design, coding, and testing
- Architect data warehouse solutions using Snowflake and related big data technologies
- Provide technical guidance to implementation teams
- Hands-on development with Snowflake utilities (SnowSQL, SnowPipe), and Big Data models (Python)
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting of Snowflake data pipelines
- Work with both relational and NoSQL data stores (star/snowflake schema, dimensional modeling)
- Automate and test cloud-based data pipelines, document requirements, and prepare technical specs
- Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to stakeholders
Qualifications: - Minimum 2+ years' experience designing and implementing Snowflake Data Warehouse solutions
- Proficiency in Python and at least one major relational database
- Deep understanding of Snowflake internals and integration with other data/reporting technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of requirement analysis, solution design, and problem-solving
- Experience with performance optimization (including Spark jobs)
