We are seeking a passionate and driven Permanent Project Manager for our Civil Construction division. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic and growing team in the Construction industry. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, is adept at strategic planning, and has a keen eye for quality control. This role demands an individual who is capable of effectively managing budgets, mitigating risks, and solving complex problems. If you have a strong background in grading/public utilities/concrete/asphalt paving, and you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Develop and execute project work plans, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
3. Manage project budget, ensure financial accountability and control costs.
4. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
5. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
6. Conduct project risk assessments and implement management plans to mitigate those risks.
7. Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and all other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
8. Implement quality control programs and supervise on-site procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
9. Perform problem-solving tasks as they arise, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
10. Conduct strategic planning and forecasting, develop project objectives, and oversee quality control throughout the project's life cycle.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role within the civil construction industry.
3. Proven track record in managing grading/public utilities/concrete/asphalt paving projects.
4. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, quality control standards, and risk management.
5. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and budgeting.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues effectively.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
8. Proficient in project management software and tools.
9. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
