Oracle Cloud Testing Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Testing Coordinator to manage and coordinate the overall testing program for Oracle Cloud implementations and enhancements (including ERP, HCM, SCM, Fusion Cloud modules, and related OCI environments).
This role focuses on logistical and administrative coordination—such as scheduling testing activities, resource allocation, data gathering, follow-up management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication—rather than performing hands-on QA testing, writing test cases, or executing defects.
The coordinator acts as the central point of contact to ensure smooth execution of testing timelines and dependencies across functional, technical, and business teams.
This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA (or nearby Southeast US states), with potential for remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a coordination or program management role within IT/ERP projects, with at least 3 years specifically supporting testing coordination in Oracle Cloud
(Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, or OCI) implementations or support environments.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud testing lifecycle phases (SIT, UAT, regression, etc.) and common tools/environments used (e.g., Oracle Cloud Test environments, JIRA for tracking,
basic knowledge of test management tools).
• Proven skills in project coordination, scheduling, stakeholder management, follow-up, and status reporting.
• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Excel/PowerBI for tracking, JIRA/Confluence for status, and Microsoft Teams/Outlook for coordination.
