SAP Cutover Lead

Location: Loveland, Colorado (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract

Candidates must work on the W2 of Apex Systems. There are no C2C / 1099 options.

Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship for the duration of the contract.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Cutover Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation and go-live for a client in the agriculture industry. The SAP Cutover Lead must have experience in SAP S/4 HANA delivery. This is a long-term contract role, working remotely but with the potential for travel to Loveland, CO for leadership meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute cutover activities for SAP S/4 HANA delivery.
• Manage and coordinate over 600 cutover steps, with significant involvement during each 7-day cutover period.
• Engage with multiple bolt-on systems and ensure seamless integration.
• Communicate effectively with technical offshore components and leadership.
• Coordinate a team of over 30 people during cutover phases.
• Utilize expertise in S4, HRC, and Sitetrade.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as an SME with hands-on ability within S4, HRC, and Sitetrade environments.

Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with teammates and execute within the delivery model from the start.
