Job Role: L6 Product Development Engineer

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Job Type: Full-time(no OPT and CPT)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Product Development Engineering experience.
• Strong hardware debugging experience on motherboards.
• Hands-on board-level debugging and validation.
• Experience with server hardware/platforms.
• Strong understanding of server motherboard architecture.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and protocol analyzers.
• Knowledge of power sequencing, signal integrity, PCIe, I2C, SPI, UART, JTAG, and other board-level interfaces.
• Experience working closely with BIOS/Firmware, Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams.
• Ability to analyze schematics, board layouts, and hardware design documentation.
• Experience in failure analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with Intel or AMD server platforms is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Server platform validation.
• Hardware bring-up and product development.
• Manufacturing support and system integration.
• Experience in data center/server hardware environments.
