Job Description 

·       We are currently seeking a highly motivated “Lead Quality Assurance Specialist” to join our team for a project with our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in “Automated testing, regression testing, test documents, creating test plans, test cases, and preparing test environments with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

This position will function as a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist with responsibilities that include:

Experience with designing automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically

Experience in prioritizing test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios

Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and preparing test environments

Experience in performing moderately complex functional, application, and regression testing

Required

Knowledge of the software development life cycle and software development methodologies

Required

Able to interpret requirement documents and able to update test documents accordingly

Strong familiarity with analysis, planning and management reporting functions

Acquires knowledge of the Customer''s business in assigned area

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Able to work with Customer as needed during test cycle

Required

Excellent analytical; problem-solving; team playing; and oral and written communication skills

Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities

Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates
