Summary

Myticas is looking for a self-motivating individual to join a Lab Support Team to manage the network infrastructure and desktop support needs of the R&D lab environment, including Software tool management and maintaining the physical assets.

Your responsibilities will include:
Working with IT Teams and lab users to ensure optimal functioning of the lab network
Resolve lab subnet issues
Manage and maintain the Software licenses used by the R&D team
Optimize server resources to support the needs of the Engineering team
Manage the lab physical asset & asset database, following best practices within the board guidelines of the Business Unit
Assist in improving lab usage efficiency

Requirements:
Bachelor's or equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields.
3 years experience in a similar role
Experience with R&D Lab environment.
